Refund policy

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING ARTISAN-MADE!  As with anything handmade, products may very slightly in color and/or size. We want our customers to love their purchases - so if you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to help...If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it (unless it is a final sale item) within 30 days of purchase! The item must be unworn/in like-new condition. 

If the purchase was made in-store, the original receipt must be present.

Unless your order arrived damaged, the shipping cost for exchanges/returns are the responsibility of the customer. Damaged or defective items should be reported to TMSM within 10 business days or purchase or receipt of the package.

• Returns/Exchanges - ship items back to our shop (in their original condition with tags still attached) and once received, we can process the return!

BEL KOZ BRACELETS

If your Bel Koz bracelet breaks, simply bring the beads and the charm into the store for a replacement. You can also mail the beads and charm back to us. Reach out to hello@themustardseedmarketplace.com for more info. 

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please contact us at hello@themustardseedmarketplace.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if your order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation.
